Snow Angel Halloween Tutorial

 This cute Halloween look is simple to create using body paint or face paint and cosmetic grade glitter.

Items you will need are:
-White body or face paint
-Silver metallic body or face paint
-Cosmetic grade glitter in silver (I'm using the NYX glitter)
-Snow flake shaped scrapbooking embellishments or table scatters
-Irredescent diamontes used for scrapbooking
-Clear lipgloss or cosmetic glitter glue (Sally's glitter glue is an inexpensive cosmetic glitter glue, but you can also get a glitter glue from Two Faced, Hard Candy and Medusa's Makeup, to name only a few brands)
-White fairy/angel wings
-A white dress (can be short or long, it's up to you)
-Diamonte or rhinestone stud earrings
-Silver tinsel wire for a halo
-Black liquid eyeliner
-Black mascara
-Pink lipstick and pink lipgloss

To create the tinsel halo, it's super easy! Just measure a strand of the tinsel around your head and make sure you leave a tiny bit extra on the length to create a ribbon tie to transform the tinsel into a round the halo. Snip off the excess. I used 2 strands of tinsel for my halo.
